Call (608) 469-5558 or email to make an appointment for a showing. Please keep in mind that we need 24 hours notice to the current tenants for all showings.

When you have chosen your apartment, everyone who plans to be a resident of the apartment needs to fill out an application. You can pick one up at the time of showing or you can print a copy from this application link. Drop off the applications along with a check for the security deposit equal to one months' rent. This can be dropped off at 124 State Street, or mailed. Once we get your application, your references will be checked. When your application is approved, your check will be deposited and lease documents prepared for signatures. Applications will not be processed if they are not accompanied by the security deposit.
